Two 32-year-old men, one with no fixed address and one from Kawasaki City, have been arrested for stealing 99 cosmetic items worth about ¥580,000 from drugstores in Fukuoka and Nagasaki in January. Police caught them in Saga Prefecture while they were attempting to ship the stolen goods. Two others in Osaka were also arrested for knowingly buying the stolen items.
