Nishitetsu announced on February 5 that it will develop new family-oriented housing projects in Dasmariñas and Antipolo, suburban cities near Metro Manila. The projects, aimed primarily at middle- and lower-income households, will be developed jointly with Philippine real estate firm Axeia Development Corp. Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2027, with completion expected from April 2028. With the new projects, Nishitetsu’s total number of housing developments in the Philippines will rise to five. The company cited population growth and steady economic expansion as factors driving housing demand and positioned overseas real estate as a core growth pillar in its medium-term strategy.
