SoftBank To Consolidate Fukuoka Offices

SoftBank announced it will consolidate its three Fukuoka offices into the One Fukuoka Building in Tenjin, with relocation set to begin around December. The company will occupy about 4,600 square meters, housing approximately 700 employees from four affiliated firms. The move will centralize sales, technical, and other operations, strengthening its role as a regional hub and making it the company’s second-largest base in Japan after Osaka. The building, which opened in April 2025, has reached roughly 90% occupancy including pending contracts. The consolidation is expected to improve operational efficiency and reinforce SoftBank’s presence in Kyushu’s business center. Source: Zaikai Kyushu / Nikkei
