As dusk settles over Tenjin, this 17-day cultural festival brings together craft beer, music, and art in the heart of the city. Centered around Fukuoka-born craft beer PLEIADES BEER, the event transforms an urban plaza into a temporary playground where DJs, musicians, and artists active both in Japan and abroad come together.
Featured performers include OLIVE OIL, Shuya Okino (KYOTO JAZZ MASSIVE), SHACHO (SOIL&“PIMP”SESSIONS), Toshio Matsuura, HIROSHI KAWANABE, and YonYon. Weekday evenings feature night sessions led by local DJs, while weekends offer a changing lineup of live music, dance events, anime and J-pop programs, and other special performances.
Visitors can enjoy a wide selection of food, including pizza, motsunabe hot pot, yakitori, takoyaki, and gelato. A culture market featuring record shops, vintage clothing vendors, and photo booths adds to the festival atmosphere, while contemporary artworks by four Fukuoka-based artists are exhibited throughout the venue. Whether stopping by for an after-work drink or spending a weekend immersed in music and culture, visitors can enjoy the event in their own style.
