Ramen Tech is a citywide innovation festival that brings together startups, creativity, and culture across Fukuoka. Centered on the Tenjin and Daimyo areas, the five-day event welcomes entrepreneurs, investors, engineers, creators, and artists from Japan and overseas for more than 100 talks, pitch competitions, exhibitions, networking events, and other programs held throughout the city.
Following the 2025 edition, which attracted a total of 12,000 participants—including approximately 1,200 from overseas—the festival returns for its third year under the theme “SLURP UP THE FUTURE.” Drawing on Fukuoka’s open and collaborative community, it aims to foster co-creation and connections across startups, business, creativity, and culture.
Flagship events include the Global Summit, bringing together startups from Japan and abroad; StartupGo!Go! The Pitch, one of Kyushu’s leading startup pitch competitions; and the official opening party. Throughout the festival, participating companies and organizations will also host side events at venues across the city, offering visitors the opportunity to experience Fukuoka’s innovation scene while exploring the city itself.
