Makanai Meshi Grand Prix
Chefs from the Chikugo region will compete to see which restaurant has the best makanai food. Makanai ryori are dishes not usually listed on the menu, but are prepared in the same kitchen for the staff to eat. Often the dishes are made from leftovers and extra ingredients. Who will be the Makanai King this year? You get to decide by voting. The main stage will also feature performances including traditional yosakoi dance.
