Toyota Housing Corp. to Subdivide “Smart Home” Development in Kitakyushu
The Toyota Housing Corp. of Nagoya will subdivide two lots in Kitakyushu next year for the development of so-called smart homes. These will be energy-saving homes equipped with rechargers for electronic vehicles. The units will sell for 30-40 million yen each, and about 70 will be sold in two locations.
