Trial Planning Major Expansion
Fukuoka City-based discount store operator Trial Company revealed at a meeting with its corporate customers that it planned to increase the number of stores it operates by 5.6 times by 2016. In actual numbers, the growth will be from 138 stores to 795. The expansion will be nationwide, but focus on the Kanto and Kyushu regions. They also hope to achieve 1.138 trillion yen in sales.
