Held in the charming city of Yanagawa (Fukuoka) this festival starts at 15:00, so arrive early to enjoy the local markets, bands and Japanese drum performances before the fireworks. The fireworks are launched from very close to the viewing site so they appear huge! The special fireworks called “Sky Niagara Yanagawa Special”, which was newly introduced two years ago, will be launched this year as well. Last year 20,000 attended – don’t miss it!
