See works by talented artists from across the globe in Itoshima! Studio Kura welcomes foreign artists for eight-week-long residences. After their residency is up, somes artists hold a workshop to share what they know with the community. This weekend, Kate Gorrie (Australia), Bushra Burge (England), Hyun Ji Park (Korea) and Amjad Akash (Bangladesh) will display works on various themes, including “Collection of Brain Slices” and “Rural Decay”. On Mar. 26 (Sat.) at 15:30 there will be an opening ceremony at which the artists will say a few words. The gallery is 15-minute walk from Ikisan Sta.
