Ashiya Fireworks Festival
A historic fireworks festival dating back to the Taisho era, this event features 5,000 fireworks launched from floating platforms on the Onga River. Highlights include large fireworks and the 250-meter “Niagara Falls” display spanning both banks of the river. Spectators can enjoy the stunning fireworks in the night sky, as well as their vibrant reflections on the river’s surface.
