Visitors can try their hand at baumkuchen baking (¥1,620) and enjoy the fresh taste hot from the oven! One hundred years ago on Mar. 4, 1919 baumkuchen was baked in Japan for the first time. There will be displays on the history of baumkuchen in Germany and Japan, how baumkuchen is made and more.
