Body-Mind Interactions in Arts, Health, Literatures, and Sciences: Asian and Indo-Oceanian Perspectives

The symposium will be held entirely in English at Kyushu University, Ito Campus, from November 5 to November 8, 2024. Participants will have the opportunity to attend a Japanese bodywork talk (“The Art of Touch”), yoga and meditation practices (“5D Meditation” and “Musical Yoga”), keynote speeches (about Kikô; and about Arts and Therapy), and presentations focused on Body-Mind relationships, particularly within Asian and Indo-Oceanian contexts. All sessions will be led by internationally recognized specialists. The symposium is free to attend and available both online and on-site. Registration is required. This event is part of Kyushu University Asia Week.
