Eight breweries from the Chikugo Seven Regions—known for their sake brewed with the rich waters of the Yabe River basin—gather to offer tastings of 41 varieties of sake, shochu, and liqueurs, mainly featuring newly released brews. Tastings are available with tickets starting from ¥200 per cup.The venue also features snacks made with local ingredients, allowing visitors to enjoy Chikugo’s food and drink together.
The event takes place in front of the Kyushu Geibunkan, a cultural exchange facility designed by architect Kengo Kuma. It is located just a short walk from JR Chikugo-Funagoya Station, about 25 minutes from Hakata by shinkansen.
