From 2013, this international flea market will be held twice a year – in Spring and Autumn (in the past it was just Autumn)! The approach to the Sumiyoshi Shrine will be lined with unique stalls selling homewares, accessories, clothes and more. As you wander the markets, indulge in some tasty international treats at the food court, including booths by many of Fukuoka’s most popular international restaurants. If it’s a drink you’re after, stop at the world beer corner and sample various labels of beer from all over the world. The Spring event will be “yoichi” meaning the stalls will stay open until night.
