The Tachiarai region, situated in the heart of the Chikugo Plain – a renowned vegetable producing area, will be hosting a harvest festival dedicated to edamame, a local specialty. Visitors will have the opportunity to boil freshly harvested edamame on-site and pair it with a glass of cold beer – a perfect way to celebrate the harvest!
This event, unique to the edamame producing region, offers more than just the edible delights. There will be an array of local gourmet food stalls, activities for children, and an edamame catching contest, ensuring a day of enjoyment for both adults and children. This celebration is not only a tribute to the bounty of the local land but also an occasion for community members and visitors to share in the joys of the harvest.
