A one-week exhibition of recently created Hakata ningyo dolls will be displayed at ACROS Fukuoka. Hakata ningyo dolls are vital in expressing traditional culture as well as court music and dance, especially with the coronation of the new Emperor of Japan. See 70 Hakata ningyo dolls based on Baika no Utage from the Man’yōshū, which is the origin of the new era name “Reiwa”.
