Fuku Marché is a distinctive market event that showcases the unique offerings of Kyushu, bringing together local producers to sell their goods. Emphasizing #Organic, #KyushuProduced, and #SeasonalDelights as its guiding principles, this event is hosted monthly on the third Sunday at the Torikai Hachimangu Shrine. This month, the spotlight is on Kurume’s strawberries, with a special array of strawberry-themed treats, from weigh-and-pay sales of fresh strawberries to an assortment of delectable strawberry-based desserts. Around 30 vendors will grace the event, presenting a selection of culinary delights including artisan focaccia and aromatic spice curries, making it a not-to-miss occasion for food enthusiasts and supporters of local agriculture.
