Fuku Marché

START: Jul 19, 2020 END: Jul 19, 2020

A special marche (market) in which you can enjoy the seasonal foods of Fukuoka and Kyushu. You can purchase fresh vegetables such as okra, green pepper, and eggplant directly from farmers attending from around Kyushu. Also, there will be fun events such as vegetable scooping. Try scooping up tomatoes and grapes floating in the water; you can take them home! Summer dishes will be sold at booths such as curry made with fresh vegetables from Itoshima, freshly baked pizza, organic lemonade made with lemons from Miyazaki, and more! Fukuoka City updated its guidelines for donation-item collections linked to the recent torrential rain in Kyushu. As of July 13, it accepts six items; work gloves, brown packing tape (paper tapes/ cloth tapes), transparent trash bag (40-litter size or larger), wet towels/sanitizing wipes (box-packed), body wipes, and nutritional jelly drinks. *Un-opened items only. Also, other things, including masks, are not accepted.
