A new program called “the finders” aims to promote the next generation of Fukuoka-based artists and musicians. This celebration of culture provides local talent with the chance to showcase their skills with the rest of Japan, Asia, and the entire world! Exciting art and music events will take place at locations throughout the city. Participating facilities include the Fukuoka City Science Museum, Fukuoka Asian Art Museum, and Tsutaya Book Store in Ropponmatsu. Some of the exhibitions will feature creations by international artists as well as famous figures in the world of Japanese entertainment and culture. Special guests will also be delivering a series of lectures and talks throughout the week-long initiative. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the current Fukuoka art scene!
