This film festival aims to encourage and nurture Kyushu filmmakers, and to create a forum for film discussion. This year’s theme is “peek into an unknown world” and 17 independent films from across Japan will be shown, including short-length and animated films. There will also be a lecture by actor and director Yang Ik-Joon. Check their website for the schedule.
