Enjoy nine days of discounted admission to Fukuoka’s museums! In celebration of “International Museum Day” (May 18), which promotes the role of museums and art galleries, Museum Week is held annually. During this period, 16 cultural facilities in Fukuoka City participate, offering discounted admission and special gifts upon presentation of a leaflet. Additionally, special events such as backstage tours and guided tours will be held at the Fukuoka Asian Art Museum, the Fukuoka Art Museum, and other locations.
