The Fukuoka Open Top Bus and Ichiran are collaborating to host the “Ikemen Event”. Ichiran will supply the “men” (noodles) and Bobby Judo will supply his own handsome face (as the “ikemen“, or “good-looking man”). Bobby Judo, local rising foreign personality, will act as tour guide on the Hakata Machinaka Course, pointing out and explaining Fukuoka’s attractions, but adding his foreign perspective too. Passengers will receive a pack of Ichiran’s Shirunashi Tonkotsu (soupless tonkotsu ramen) to take home. The tour lasts around one hour. Also, every Sat. between Aug. 6 and Aug. 27, guests on the Fukuoka Kirameki Night Sightseeing Course will be welcomed by female bus guides in yukata (Fukuoka Airport course: 19:30~; Fukuoka Tower course: 20:00~).
