This year, the Grand Hyatt Fukuoka Hotel will hold the popular annual event ‘Strawberry Dessert Buffet’ every Wed. and Thur. between Feb. 1 and Mar. 30. This year’s featured dessert is the homemade strawberry ice-cream made with liquid nitrogen. Liquid nitrogen aside, there will plenty of new items including strawberry pudding, strawberry gratin, coconut milk with strawberry, Tapioca and much more.
