Top chefs from Fukuoka gather at JR Hakata Station Square for a food festival featuring a wide range of cuisines including Japanese, French, Italian, and Mexican. Ten popular restaurants, selected by FM Fukuoka’s program The Meshuran and the gourmet magazine Soigner+, will serve exclusive dishes and signature favorites crafted with creativity and flair. Visitors can enjoy roast beef made with premium Kyushu-raised wagyu, Latin American tacos prepared by chefs from Argentina and Costa Rica, whole grilled seasonal lobster, and fresh seafood dishes sourced directly from Nagahama Market. With a tempting lineup that changes daily, the event invites repeat visits. Food is available via tickets sold on-site, with advance ticket vouchers available through May 13.
