What’s the beef? Find out at the “Hakata Wagyu” Festival at Marinoa City this Saturday (11/23)! “Hakata Wagyu” comes from the 53 cattles houses in Fukuoka Prefecture – some of which have won awards for their beef. Test your beef knowledge and try to win a prize in the Hakata Wagyu quiz, or have a go at guessing the weight of a piece of Hakata Wagyu meat. If you’re a meat-eater, delight in the menu of Hakata Wagyu available at this festival – including charcoal-grilled A4 rank Hakata Wagyu for ¥300, Hakata Wagyu beef bowl for ¥500, and Hakata Wagyu soup for ¥100.
