Get ready for summer with a tropical-themed buffet in the resort atmosphere of the Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk Hotel’s open atrium space, Seala Brasserie and Lounge!
The 40-meter-high atrium will be decorated in Polynesian style to enhance the resort atmosphere.
Hilton’s international team of chefs, offer a buffet of Polynesian-style cuisine as well as grilled dishes familiar to the Japanese, such as Hawaiian and Fijian cuisine.
For example, the Hawaiian bowl of rice, “Ahi Poke Bowl,” with tuna, avocado, and your favorite toppings, plus your own personalized poki bowl, just the way you like it!
Meat lovers, don’t miss the pineapple-flavored Hawaiian BBQ with 15 different sauces to accompany the BBQ, including pineapple salsa and chili mango. Whether spicy or fruity, enjoy flavors you first discovered on your travels.
The Minty New Zealand Lamb and Green Pea Salad, marinated mint leaves that go well with lamb, is a great BBQ appetizer!
The salad menu is also extensive. Salads such as pineapple, Kyushu fruit mixed with shrimp, etc., and the Hawaiian classic “Salmon and Avocado Lomi Lomi Salad” are also available only at the buffet. Whatever you like, as much as you want!
Curry, a standard favorite at Seala, now features Polynesian-style “Fijian Fish Curry” and “Samoan Chicken Curry”. There are also curries on the kids’ menu for the whole family to enjoy. Sweets are also tropical. About 10 types of sweets are available, including caramel pineapple cake and Hawaii’s classic sweets made with rice cake flour for a chewy texture.
