Eleven restaurants and beauty salons in the Hirao i-chome area will offer special discounts and services on Jan. 12 (Sun.) as part of a campaign to promote the area. The campaign is organized by the manager of “Ngon Ngon”, a Vietnamese restaurant in Hirao. On the day, Ngon Ngon will offer customers takeaway specials and hold a free-market, Izakaya Kiraku will serve special fried-oysters and hold a barbecue, and other participating restaurants and salons will have special menus and services from 11:00 ~ 15:00.
