This festival of noodles sees five popular Fukuoka-based restaurants serve their best-loved dishes. Visitors can expect to find tonkotsu ramen, butter chicken curry udon, matured cheese bolognese (pasta), Hakata wagyu beef tantan-men (Szechuan noodles covered with sesame paste and chili oil), and pho on offer at Bayside Palace. The dishes will be slightly smaller than usual so that it is easier to sample and compare all the tasty treats. Make sure to pick-up a five-ticket booklet and then exchange each stub for a delicious noodle dish! If you are looking for something sweet to finish off the day, keep an eye out for the Daimyo soft cream!
