Karatsu Drop Festival 2026 brings two days of live music, surf culture and regional food to Higashi-no-Hama at Nijinomatsubara Beach on Sep 26 and 27. Set between the sea and Karatsu’s pine forest, the festival features two stages and a cross-genre lineup of established Japanese artists.
Performers include Dragon Ash, Wednesday Campanella, BONNIE PINK, Hirai Dai, and Motoharu Sano & The Coyote Band.
Beyond the live performances, visitors can browse food and drink stalls operated by businesses from Karatsu, Fukuoka and elsewhere in Kyushu. Marine activities and craft workshops provide more ways to spend the day by the sea.
