A festival will be held at the Kihinkan adjacent to Hareno Garden. Children and adults can enjoy yo-yo fishing, quoits, shaved ice, and chilled fruit. Very nostalgic for adults too!. Reserve beforehand and join the festival at one of five time slots (to prevent spread of COVID-19.)
