Approximately 50 kilns and pottery stores from the local area will be taking part in the upcoming Koishiwara ceramic festival. With a huge range of items reduced by 20 percent, it’s no surprise that fans from all over the country make their way to a place renowned for its pottery as well as the beautiful nature surrounding the area. On the first day of the festival, there will be a special tea room open setup from 10:00 to 16:00 for the first 150 visitors (¥500). There will also be special Koishiwara dishes and rice ball sets (¥600) each day from 11:00, available to the first 100 visitors.
