A new textile atelier will open in Hirokawa this weekend. Mr. Yamamura, who has been weaving Kurume kasuri for over thirty years, will be offering his wares at special prices during the opening. You can get personal advice for the coordination of your kimono from a professional. For those interested, it is also possible to experience personal indigo dyeing workshops as well as weaving workshops on a loom. For workshops, please contact the atelier beforehand.
