The Wisteria Festival takes place during peak bloom beneath a trellis of 30 wisteria trees, including some over 100 years old. The event features flower seedling sales, plant-themed workshops, monkey performances, and rickshaw rides (for a fee). Around mid-April, peonies reach their peak near the wisteria garden, followed by blooming tree peonies and azaleas in early May. Visitors can enjoy a stroll through the park while taking in these seasonal flowers.
