Many of you may have fond memories of participating in radio exercises during summer vacation as a child, starting around 6:30 a.m. with your attendance card. At Maizuru Park, radio exercises are held at 8:40 a.m. on summer days so that anyone can casually participate. How about exercising for 10 minutes before commuting to work or just taking a walk? Both adults and children are free to participate.
