To celebrate their 35th anniversary, Pietro will be giving away free salad! Kunihiko Murata, the president & CEO of the company, will make 35,000 portions of salad dressing himself (each salad is 35g), just as he used to in the early days of the company. The salad will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis. There will also be a mochi (rice cake) making demonstration from 11:30, and a kid-friendly cooking lesson from 15:00. Betting men and women can compete in a special contest in which competitors try to collect exactly 8.31 kg of vegetables (first round: 13:00, second round: 16:00).
