Ropponmatsu Seiryo Tanabata Festival

Join the Tanabata Festival celebrations at Ropponmatsu 421! Pick up a tanzaku (small strip of paper) at any of the shops, write your wish and hang the paper on bamboo branches set up in the area. Come wearing a yukata and receive special presents or discounts. You can also rent a yukata for ¥3,500. Participate in the storytelling session (5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.) to hear stories about Tanabata, and join the stargazing party hosted by Fukuoka City Science Museum on the rooftop (7:30 p.m.).
