Ishikura Shuzo, a sake brewery with over 150 years of history in Hakata, presents its annual summer evening festival for adults. Guests can enjoy a standing-style tasting of chilled sake straight from the brewery, sake-based cocktails, and original small plates. Live jazz and gospel performances take place on weekends during the event period, and visitors wearing yukata receive one free drink. Seasonal offerings such as freshly pressed ginjō sake and unfiltered nigori sake are also available for purchase and are especially popular.
