“Salon du Chocolat” brings together top chocolate brands from around the world, offering a chance to experience the latest trends in fine chocolate. This year’s theme, “CODE & MODE: The Secrets of Flavor, the Art of Creation,” highlights the core of chocolatemaking—from ingredient selection and techniques to flavor design. The event is divided into three phases, with different brands and products featured in each. A limited-edition collaboration box by seven leading Fukuoka pâtissiers, available from Feb 5, is a highlight. The eat-in area offers exclusive soft serve and daily rotating sweets by renowned pâtissiers, starting with a collaboration between Pain Stock and Franck Kestener.
