Check out the unique Kyushu local food products and condiments in this trade food fair. A total of 12 exhibitors will sell their goods and provide insight into how they were made and sourced. Some of the goods on offer this year are dried yuzu powder from Saga, hot mikan concentrate from Oita, and a special paste made with pears, ginger and honey, perfect for the colder seasons, from Fukuoka. There will also be some pop up shops and restaurants during the event period.
