Seven popular sake and shochu producers from around Japan will gather at Ming to promote the deliciousness of their local brews. Sample the various sake and shochu on offer and learn about the local charms of four prefectures of Kyushu; Kagoshima, Kumamoto, Oita and Miyazaki, as well as three prefectures of the northern Tohoku area; Aomori, Iwate, and Akita.
