Looking for a casual Friday night with good food, drinks, and music? THE KNOT FUKUOKA Tenjin is hosting SLICE OF THE KNOT, a one-night gathering built around wood-fired pizza, regional craft drinks, and an easygoing social atmosphere.
The event takes place at MORETHAN, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, where guests can enjoy a buffet featuring ingredients sourced from across Kyushu. The main attraction is MORETHAN’s wood-fired pizza, including its signature Ubuyama Margherita, made with fresh mozzarella from UBUYAMA PLACE, a small cheese producer in Kumamoto’s Ubuyama Village. Watching pizzas emerge from the Italian-made oven adds a little theatre to the evening.
Behind the bar, tap cocktails making their Kyushu debut will be served alongside a selection of craft beers from around the region, all available at special event prices from ¥500. Local Fukuoka DJs will provide the soundtrack throughout the night, creating a relaxed setting where hotel guests and locals can mingle over a slice and a drink.
Part neighbourhood gathering and part pizza party, SLICE OF THE KNOT reflects the community-minded spirit of THE KNOT while offering a good excuse to spend a summer evening in Daimyo.
