A special exhibition paying tribute to late Tetsu Nakamura, a Fukuoka-born physician who devoted his life and career to improve the lives of Afghans, is currently on at the Fukuoka Asian Art Museum. Photos of his humanitarian work in Afghanistan, twelve books written by him and a movie that records his speech at an awards ceremony will be on display to commemorate the life of the famed doctor.
