In Fukuoka, this tradition started in 2014 with a parade in the Shintencho district. The Saint Patrick’s Day parade, characterized by participants donning green, the emblematic color of Ireland, brings the community together. Revelers march through shopping streets, accompanied by the lively sounds of Irish music and dance, to joyously commemorate Saint Patrick’s Day.
