A one-day street food event transforms the streets in the heart of Tenjin into a pedestrian-only taco festival. Fourteen taquerias from across Japan gather to serve a wide variety of tacos, inviting visitors to sample regional styles and specialties throughout the day.
Participating vendors include popular Yokohama taco shops such as AFRO TACOS and TACOS EL PUERCO, along with Asahi, which serves additive-free tacos made with vegetables from Itoshima and Karatsu. From meat and seafood to fresh vegetable fillings, each shop offers its own distinctive take on tacos. As DJs spin Latin American music throughout the day, visitors can also enjoy drinks including Corona, Modelo, and tequila, creating a lively mix of food, music, and culture in the middle of the city.
