Until the Sep. 25 (Sun.), Tenjin Chikagai will be hosting events to celebrate its 40th anniversary. During this time there will be 3D art displayed at 4 locations:
• 1st Ave. Event Space 3rd Ave.,
• In front of the clock
• 8th Ave. stove pavement area
• 10th Ave. Courtyard
There will also be four live painting sessions by local artists and free art workshops on the 8th avenue stone pavement area.

Tenchika 40th Photo Contest
Tenjin Chikagai is hosting a photo competition. Upload a photo to Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #tenchika_40th between 9/1 (Thu.) ~ 9/25 (Sun.). Judges are particularly looking for photos of the Chikagai’s art events. First prize is ¥100,000, second ¥50,000 and third prize ¥30,000 each to three people.
