Wolfgang’s Steakhouse’s premium quality steaks are dry-aged on the premises for 28 days using sophisticated temperature and humidity controls. Then, the umami-filled and tendered thick cuts of lean meat baked on the dish are baked in an oven at a blazing hot 900°C. The mouthwatering and anticipation peaks as the sizzling sounds and aroma of steak build as meals are brought to the table!
