Join us for the Tour de Kyushu, a prestigious UCI (Union Cycliste Internationale) sanctioned cycle road race, returning for its second year in Kyushu! Everyone is invited to cheer on the riders across four exciting stages. The event begins with a criterium at Kokura Castle, followed by three days of over 100 km of daily racing through Oita, Kumamoto (Aso), and Fukuoka. Eighteen teams from Japan and around the world will compete.
Fukuoka Now is seeking 30 international residents of Kyushu, as well as visitors from overseas, to attend the final stage, cheer on the racers, and enjoy food, beverages, and entertainment inside the fan zone at the finish line.
Apply now using this form and tell us why you want to attend! If selected, you’ll receive a generous number of food and drink vouchers, and we’ll travel together as a group on a free shuttle bus service to the fan zone from the nearest train station and back (including a shuttle to the finish line in time to see the race conclusion). With ample food, drinks, and transportation, it’s an ideal way to experience the excitement of world-class cycling live!
