The window of time between the end of summer and start of the Autumn is undoubtedly one of the best times to pick vegetables. With locally grown sweet corn expected to be particularly delicious, Fukuyoshi (Itoshima) farmers organized a special vegetable harvesting event to give a small group of participants the chance to pick a range of vegetables and then sample this year’s crop.
