A passion for yoga and surfing introduced yoga instructor Shiho Miyawaki to food from around the world and led her to open her own cold-pressed juice and smoothie take-out shop in Aug. 2019. She sources fresh, mostly pesticide-free produce from local farmers and runs them through a 2-ton press to create natural energy-filled drinks. “Typically, one a week will make you feel better,” she says.
